How does it work?
Regional networks are made up of a growing network of Alpha Hub Churches, a regional advisory board, and an Alpha Network Director working in synchrony to extend Alpha across the region.
- Alpha Hub churches form the bedrock of a new region. Local churches running best practice Alpha’s are best positioned to extend Alpha to other churches.
- Next, a local advisory board is foundational to pray, to help grow Alpha through their networks or through serving, and to financially steward and invite other potential donors into the Alpha story.
- Finally, an Alpha Network Director serves to enroll churches and donors across the network.
Our goal is to give rise to 100% self-sustaining networks within 3 years of launch with a budget of approximately $120,000 per year per network.
